Holiday  Banana  Nut  Bread



 1½  cup  All Purpose Flour
 1   tsp  Baking soda
 1   cup  Sugar

 2        Eggs  [beaten]
 ½   cup  Butter -or- Margarine  [melted]
 1   cup  Ripe Bananas  [mashed]
 1   tsp  Vanilla extract

 ½   cup  Chopped Pecans
 ¼   cup  Flaked Coconut
 ¼   cup  Raisins
 
  

Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.

Combine eggs and the next three ingredients in a large bowl.

Add flour mixture, stirring until moistened.

Fold in pecans, coconut, and raisins.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 8½ x 4½ x 3 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
