Banana  Split  Dessert


 ½  cup    Butter  [melted]
 2  cup    Graham Cracker Crumbs
 2         Eggs
 1  tsp    Vanilla
 2  cup    Powdered Sugar  [sifted]
 ¾  cup    Butter or margarine  [softened]
 1  can    Crushed Pineapple  [20 oz, drained]
 4  med    Bananas  [sliced = 3 cups]
 1  carton Frozen Whipped Dessert toping  [9 oz, thawed]
 1  jar    Maraschino Cherries  [4 oz, drained]
 
 

Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs.

Pat into bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan.

Beat eggs on high speed till light  (about 4 min).

Add powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla.  Beat 5 minutes.

Spread over crumbs and chill 30  minutes.

Spread the Pineapple over creamed mixture.  Arrange bananas over Pineapple.

Cover with whipped toping.  Sprinkle with pecans.

Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.        Garnish with cherries.
