Beef  Stroganoff



 2   lb    Sirloin steak  [cut in ½ inch strips]
 ¼   cup   Flour
 1   tsp   Salt
 2   sml   Onions  [chopped fine]
 ½   lb    Mushrooms  [cut in pieces]
 1   clove Garlic  [chopped fine]
 3   tlb   Cooking Oil
 2   tlb   Flour
 2   can   Beef Bouillon
 1¼  tlb   Worchestershire Sauce
 1   cup   Sour Cream
 
 

Roll steak in flour and salt.

Pan fry onions, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 5  minutes.

Add steak and brown.

Then remove steak, onions, mushrooms, and  garlic from pan.

Combine 2 tlbs flour with drippings in pan.

Add bouillon and worchestershire sauce.  Cook until thickened.

Add sour cream and heat slowly until gravy  simmers.

Add beef and vegetables and heat for a few minutes.
