lb Sirloin steak [cut in ½ inch strips]

cup Flour

tsp Salt

sml Onions [chopped fine]

lb Mushrooms [cut in pieces]

clove Garlic [chopped fine]

tlb Cooking Oil

can Beef Bouillon

tlb Worchestershire Sauce

cup Sour Cream
Roll steak in flour and salt.
Pan fry onions, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
Add steak and brown.
Then remove steak, onions, mushrooms, and garlic from pan.
Combine 2 tlbs flour with drippings in pan.
Add bouillon and worchestershire sauce. Cook until thickened.
Add sour cream and heat slowly until gravy simmers.
Add beef and vegetables and heat for a few minutes.
Serve over hot cooked noodles,
rice, or toast.
