cup Green pepper [chopped]

Diced Pimento

cup Ripe Olives [sliced]

cup Vegetable Oil

cup Cider Vinegar

Water
2 tbl
Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp
Pepper

tsp Garlic Salt

Hot Sauce
Cook black eyed peas according to pkg directions and drain.
Combine peas,green pepper, onion, olives and pimento in a medium bowl.
Combine oil and next 6 ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake well.
Pour dressing over vegetable mixture and toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
