Brisket



Pour " LIQUID SMOKE " over brisket and let stand overnight. (Use large roasting pan)
 

Next morning pour juice into sauce pan.  Add 2 tbls cornstarch - stir - add 1 bottle (18 oz)
" KRAFT BBQ Sauce with Onion Bits ". Bring to boil and thicken.

Pour over brisket.  Cover tightly with foil.  Bake at 325° for 2 hours, then turn to 225° for 2-3 hours (Check).  Time depends on size of the brisket.
 

  Watch that all the liquid doesn't get absorbed !
