Broccoli  Casserole



 4   cup  Whole cooked Broccoli  [frozen]
 1   can  Cream of Mushroom soup
 2   oz   Pimento  [sliced, optional]
 ¾   cup  Sour Cream
 1   cup  Celery  [chopped, optional]
 ½   tsp  Pepper
 ¼   tsp  Salt
 1/3  cup  Grated Cheese
 
 

 Boil Broccoli and cut into pieces.

 Mix other ingredients with broccoli.

 Top with cheese.

 Bake covered at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
