Barbecued Pork [finely
chopped]

Chicken [grilled,
boiled, or broiled, finely chopped]

Whole Tomatoes [16
oz, crushed]

Onions [chopped]
1 can
Corn [5
oz, preferably white]

Garlic [fresh,
finely chopped]

cup Barbecue Sauce
2 tbl
Butter -or-
Oil
Worcestershire Sauce [to taste]
Cayenne Pepper Sauce [to
taste]

Green Pepper [Optional]
Celery [Optional]
Lima Beans [Optional]
Okra [Optional]
Melt butter or heat oil in a dutch oven.
Add the onions and cook till tender, then add the garlic, tomatoes and corn.
Simmer 5 minutes or so. Add pork and chicken.
Cover and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
Then add salt and black pepper, Barbeque sauce, Worcestershire and Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
If mixture is too thick add a small amount of water.
Taste. Add more seasonings
if necessary.
Note:
The corn could also be
fresh or frozen instead of canned.
