Cabbage  Rolls

   1 lb    Ground Beef
   1       Handful uncooked rice
           Whatever you put into Meatloaf
           Cabbage leaves

 SAUCE:
   2  can  Tomato Sauce  [8 oz ea]
   1/3 cup  Lemon Juice
   ½  cup  Brown Sugar
   11      Ginger Snap Cookies  [processed in food processor]
 
 

Stuff cabbage leaves with ground beef mixture.

Cook in microwave for 2 minutes on high.

Combine sauce ingredients and pour sauce over cabbage rolls,  cover with foil.

Bake at 375° for 1½ hours.
