Chicken [cooked, cut-up]

cup Celery [sliced]

cup Green Pepper [minced]

tsp Onion [grated]

cup Red Apples [unpeeled, diced]

cup Walnuts [chopped]
Lettuce Leaves
In a large bowl with fork, combine mayonaise, vinegar and salt.
Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; toss well.
Cover and refrigerate for
several hours.
TO SERVE:
On chilled platter, arrange
lettuce leaves. Lightly pile salad on lettuce leaves.
