Chili  Wagon-Wheel  Casserole




 8  oz   Uncooked Wagon Wheel or other Pasta
 1  can  Tomato Sauce  [No-salt added]
         Non-stick Cooking spray
 ½  tsp  Ground Black Pepper
 1  lb   Ground Turkey Breast  [95% lean]
 ¼  tsp  Ground Allspice
 ½  cup  Cheddar Cheese [2 oz, shredded]
 ¾  cup  Green Pepper [chopped]
 ¾  cup  Onion   [chopped]
 1  can  Stewed Tomatoes  [14½ oz, no-salt-added]
 
 

Preheat oven to  350°.

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt.   Drain and rinse; set aside.

Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

Add ground turkey breast, bell pepper and onion; cook 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, stirring frequently.

Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, black pepper and allspice; cook 2 minutes.

Stir  in pasta.  Spoon mixture into 2½ quart casserole.  Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
