Flour
Combine yeast, water, sugar, salt.
Add 4 cups flour mix well. Add egg and oil and blend.
Add the additional flour (if sticky add a bit more flour).
Knead until flour is blended.
Oil surface of large mixing bowl. Place dough in bowl smooth side up, and let rise for 1½ to 2 hours.
Form rolls by pinching walnut size portion from dough, dip in melted Parkay, then cinnamon and sugar mixture, stretch and tie in knot.
Let rolls rise 1½hours.
Bake at 350°
for 11 minutes. Ice while warm.
