Cooked  Fruit  Salad


 1  can  Pineapple  [drained]
 2  can  Mandarin Oranges  [drained]
 1  cup  Marshmallows
 1  cup  Coconut  [optional]
 

DRESSING:

 2/3 cup  Sugar
 2  tbl  Flour
 2       Eggs
 1  cup  Pineapple Juice
 1  can  Whipped Cream
 
 

Mix sugar and flour thoroughly; add beaten eggs and pineapple juice.

Cook over hot water to thicken.

Cool and fold into whipped cream.

Add to fruit and set in refrigerator overnight or several hours to blend.
