Cornbread  Stuffing





         Gizzard & Liver of Turkey -or- Chicken [cut-up]
 1  cup  Chopped Green Onion
 ¼  lb   Ground Beef
 1  cup  Celery  [chopped]
 1       Green Pepper  [chopped]
         Salt, Pepper, Sage & Parsley  [to taste]
 
 

Cook ground beef until done.

Add remainder of ingredients; add water and cook until done.

Add small amount of oil if not enough cooks out of meat.

Mix with cornbread and stuff turkey or chicken.
