stick Butter
1 tblsp
Flour
1 can
Evaporated Milk [13 oz]
8-10 slice
Kraft American Cheese
1 lb
Crab Meat
Salt and Pepper
Dash Tabasco Sauce
Melt butter; add flour. Mix till slightly brown.
Add evaporated milk and keep mixing.
Add cheese and stir till mixed.
Add seasoning to taste [salt, Tabasco and black pepper].
Bring to slight boil and mix in crab meat and keep mixing. Bring to boil.
Remove from heat. Add milk if it is too thick.
Can be made day before.
