1-2 lbs 'FAJITA MEAT' [Beef skirt steak]
 1 bottle Italian Salad Dressing  [8 oz]
 6  oz    Beer or Wine
 6  oz    PICANTE Sauce
              [MILD unless you have a fire permit]
 
 

Mix and marinate at least 24 hours  (the longer the better).

Grill.  Cut into thin strips.

Roll up in soft flour tortilla with shredded cheese, tomato chunks, guacamole, and sour cream.
 
  
 

   NOTE:   Boneless Chicken can be used with the beef or as a substitute.
