Four-Way  San  Antonio  Chili



 1 Qt  Chili [your favorite homemade or canned]
 1 tbl Smooth Peanut Butter

 2     Choices (or more) from the following:

         Sour Cream
         Fritos Corn Chips
         Oyster crackers
         Kidney Beans
         Minced Onion
         Diced Avocado
         Shredded Cheese

 
 4  Servings hot cooked Rice
 
 

Heat the chili while blending in the peanut butter.

Select your toppings and set them out in separate containers.

Put cooked rice in each of four bowls.

Pour a cup of chile over each and let everyone choose their toppings.
