Fried  Potato  Patties




 2  cup  Mashed Potatoes  [cooked]
 ¼  tsp  Black Pepper
 1  cup  Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
 1  lrg  Egg  [lightly beaten]
 ½  tsp  Salt
 ½  tsp  Garlic Powder
 ½  tsp  Onion Powder

 1  lrg  Egg  [lightly beaten]
 1  cup  Soft Breadcrumbs
 1/3  cup  Vegetable oil
 
 
 

Combine first 7 ingredients; shape mixture into 6 patties.

Dip each patty in lightly beaten egg, and lightly coat with breadcrumbs.

Pour vegetable oil into a large heavy skillet.

Fry in hot oil over medium heat until lightly browned, turning once.

Drain on paper towels.
