Guacamole




 1  med  Tomato [diced]
 2  med  Avocadoes
 2  tbl  Lemon Juice
 1¼ tsp  Salt
 ½  sm   Onion [minced]
 1  sm   Garlic Clove  [minced]
 1  can  Chopped Mild Green Chilies [4 oz, drained]
 
 

Peel and dice tomato.

Cut each avocado in half lengthwise;  remove seed;  peel.

In a bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice.

Stir in salt, tomato, onion, garlic and chilies.
