Hashbrown  Casserole



 2  lbs  Frozen Hash Browns
 1 stick Butter
 2-3     Green Onions  [chopped]
 1  cup  Sour Cream
 1  can  Cream of Chicken Soup
 1  tsp  Salt
 ¼  tsp  Pepper
 16 oz   Cheddar Cheese  [shredded]
 1  pkg  Ruffles Potato Chips  [small]
         Bacon Pieces [optional, pre-cooked]
 
 
 

Microwave hashbrowns until tender (about 5-7 minutes depending upon microwave).

Melt butter in same dish.

Mix other ingredients in large bowl, add hashbrowns & butter.

Cover casserole with crushed Potato chips and optional bacon pieces.

Bake 1 hour at 375 °.
