Honey  Wheat  Muffins





 1   cup  All purpose Flour
 ½   cup  Whole Wheat Flour
 2   tsp  Baking Powder
 ½   tsp  Salt
 ½   tsp  Grated Lemon Rind

 1        Egg  [beaten]
 ½   cup  Milk
 ½   cup  Honey
 ¼   cup  Vegetable Oil
 
 

Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl; make a well in center of mix.

Combine egg, milk, honey and add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.

Spoon into greased  muffin pans, filling 2/3 .

Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until done.  Remove from pans immediately.

Yields 1 dozen.
