Hot  Cheese  Dip






 1½ lbs  Ground Round
 1       Onion  [chopped]
 ½  lb   Sausage
 1  tsp  Garlic powder
 1  can  Mushroom soup
 1  can "Old El Paso" Tomatoes & Jalapeno peppers [7½ oz]
 2  lbs  Velveta cheese
         Several healthy dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce
                              -or- Tabasco Sauce
 
 
 

Saute beef, sausage, onions & garlic powder.  Pour off grease.

Add soup and tomatoes with Jalapenoes.

Melt cheese and stir together.

Keep warm in  crockpot or other warmming type container.

Add Louisiana hot sauce and stir.   Serve with tortilla chips.
