Marinated  Mushrooms




 1  lb   Fresh Mushrooms  [stems on, butt ends trimmed]
 ¾  cup  Salad Oil
 3  tlb  Lemon Juice
 ½  tsp  Salt
         Fresh ground Black Pepper
 1  tsp  Minced parsley
 1 clove Crushed garlic
 
 
 

In a large jar combine all ingredients except mushrooms, then add mushrooms.

Cover tightly and let stand in refrigerater.

Turn jar upside down every so often to moisten upper mushrooms.

Do a day or so in advance.

Drain and serve with toothpicks.
