Meatball  Stroganoff


 1  lb   Ground Beef
 ½  cup  Chopped Onion
 1 slice Bread [coarsely crumbled]
 1       Egg
 ½  tsp  Salt - dash Pepper

 1  can  Cream of Mushroom soup
 ½  cup  Sour Cream
 ¼  cup  Water
 3  cup  Cooked noodles
 
 

Mix first 5 ingredients and make meatballs.  Brown in skillet; pour off fat.

Blend in soup, cream, and water.  Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir now  and then.

Serve over hot noodles.
