Mexican  Casserole


 1  lb    Hamburger meat
 1 large  Onion [chopped]
 1        Bell Pepper  [chopped]
 3 clove  Garlic [minced]
 2  tbl   Chili Powder
 2  tsp   Salt
          Grated American Cheese
 1  can   Enchilada sauce
 
 

Cook in sauce pan until meat looses redness and onions and pepper are wilted.

Add chili powder and salt.  Drain on paper towels.

Layer half the meat mixture in casserole dish, top with layer of grated American cheese.

Layer remainder of the meat mixture, and top with more cheese.

Pour one can of enchilada sauce on top and bake at 400° until bubbles appear around the edges.

Serve with taco flavored DORITOchips.
