Mexican  Rice




 ½       Green Pepper  [chopped]
 3  tbl  Margarine
 1  can  Stewed Tomatoes [16 oz]
 1/8 tsp  Pepper
 3  cup  Cooked Rice
 
 

Cook and stir onion and pepper in margarine till tender.

Stir in tomatoes, salt and rice.

Simmer over low heat till heated through.
