Pecan  Dainties




  ¼  lb  Margarine  [softened]
  3  oz  Cream cheese
  1  cup Flour
 
 

Mix together and form into small balls.  Roll out to make small shell.

Grease miniature muffin tins, adjust shells and fill with filling.

Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.  Makes 12 dainties.
 
 
 
 
 

FILLING:

 2        Eggs
 1½  cup  Brown Sugar
          Pinch Salt
 2   tbl  Melted butter
          Few drops Vanilla extract
          Chopped Pecans
 

Run fork through eggs to break and mix yolks.

Add other ingredients, except nuts.

Put few nuts in bottom of shell, spoon filling on top.

Sprinkle a few nuts on top.
