Pecan  Pie


 1  cup  White Corn Syrup
 1  cup  Dark Brown Sugar
 1/3 tsp  Salt [optional]
 1/3 cup  Melted Butter
 1  tsp  Vanilla
 3       Eggs
 1  cup  Pecans [HEAPING]
 
 

Mix syrup, sugar, salt, butter & vanilla.  Mix in slightly beaten eggs.

Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.  Sprinkle pecans over filling.

Bake in 350° oven for about 45 minutes.
