Perfect  Meatloaf


 ½  lbs  Mozzarella Cheese
 2  lbs  Ground meat
 2       Eggs
 1  cup  Tomato juice
 ½  tsp  Salt
 1  tsp  Oregano
 2  sm   Onions [minced]
         Dash Pepper
 ½  cup  Packaged Seasoned Bread Crumbs
 8 slice Boiled Ham  [paper thin]
 
 

Grate cheese, set aside.

Combine beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, tomato juice, salt, oregano, and pepper.

Saute onions in oil until golden brown, and add meat mixture; mix well.

Turn out to aluminum foil; flatten into oblong about 1 inch thick.

Place ham slices on top keeping them about 1 inch from the edge.

Sprinkle grated cheese on ham use the foil to fold meat over ham & cheese, closing all openings.

Turn loaf into 8x5x3 inch pan.

Bake at 325° for 60 to 75 minutes.
