1  pkg  Yellow cake mix
 1  pkg  Instant Vanilla Pudding
 4       Eggs
 1  cup  Water
 ¾  cup  Vegetable oil

 ½  cup  Poppy seeds
 
 

Beat the first 5 ingredients in mixer for 2 minutes.

Add the poppy seeds slowlyand continue to beat for another minute.

Bake in bundt or tube pan for 40 to 45 minutes.

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then remove.
