Quick Spanish  Beef  &  Rice



 ¼  cup  Oil
 1  med  Onion  [thinly sliced]
 ½  med  Green Pepper   [chopped]
 ½  lb   Ground Beef
 1  cup  Long Grain Rice  [uncooked]
 2  can  Tomato Sauce  [8 oz ea]
 1¾ cup  Hot Water
 1  tsp  Salt
    dash Pepper
 1  tsp  Prepared Mustard
 
 

Heat oil in skillet.  Add onion, green pepper, beef and rice.

Stir over high heatuntil lightly browned.

Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients.

Mix well.  Bring quickly to a boil.

Cover tightly and simmer 25 minutes.
 
 

 ½  cup  Cheddar Cheese  [grated]  may be added just before serving.
