Red  Kidney Beans



 1  pkg  Red Kidney Beans [12 oz]
 
 

Rinse and sort beans in kettle and cover with about 2 inches of water.

Bring to rapid boil, remove from heat.

Let stand 1 hour.

Resume cooking 1 to 1½ hours until tender.

Keep beans covered with water.

Add hot water as needed.
