Refrigerator  Muffins



 5   cup  Whole Wheat Flour
  2   cup  Brown Sugar
 1½  cup  Bran
 4        Eggs  [beaten]
 2   tsp  Baking soda
 1   cup  Oil
 2   tsp  Salt
 1   qt   Buttermilk
 
 
 

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

Add eggs, oil and buttermilk and mix until blended.

                 .
May be stored in covered container in refrigerator

for as long as 4 weeks.

Bake as needed in lightly greased muffin cups filled ½ full.

Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 3½ dozen.
