cup Long Grain Rice

cup Water

tsp Salt

tbl Oil
Measure rice and water into 2 quart pan since rice will boil up and double in size.
Add salt and oil.
Place over medium heat uncovered. As soon as rice starts to boil, stir with fork.
Cover and reduce heat to low.
Cook 20 to 30 minutes longer, or until all the water has been absorbed into rice and the kernels are tender.
Fluff lightly with
a fork.
