Onion [chopped]

Green Pepper [chopped]
1 cup
Celery [chopped]
1 cup
Green Onion tops
Parsley - dry or fresh [cut fine]
3 cup
Long grain Rice [cooked]
Season meat with salt and black pepper.
Cook meat until it changes color, add all other ingredients except the green onion tops (add them after all the others are cooked well).
Cook until the green onions are wilted good.
Mix the cooked rice with the ground meat and seasonings.
May add more seasonings as desired and more oil if it appears too dry.
