Long  Grain  Rice   -  Microwave




 1  cup  Long Grain Rice
 2  cup  Water
 ½  tsp  Salt
 1  tsp  Butter  [optional]
 
 
 

Carefully exactly measure the rice & the water  !

Cook rice covered in microwave for 5 minutes on high.

Reduce power level to  5 and cook an additional 20 minutes.

         The secret to perfect rice is to measure the rice and the water.
