Salami  Shell  Salad



 3  cup  Macaroni Shells
 ¼  lb   Italian Salami  [thinly sliced, cut in strips]
 10-12   Parsley sprigs  [stems removed]
 3       Green Onions  [white part only]
 ¼  cup  Vegetable Oil
         Some Mayonnaise
 2 clove Garlic
 2  tsp  Oregano
 2  tsp  Basil
 6  tbl  Parmesan cheese
         Salt & Pepper  [to taste]
 
 
 

Cook shells according to package directions; drain, rinse with cold water, and place in a medium bowl.

Put oil and garlic in container of food processor, process until garlic is pureed.

Add parsley, onion, oregano, basil, salt & pepper to taste.

Process until parsley is finely chopped.

Pour dressing over shells and toss to coat.

Add salami and cheese and toss again.

Refrigerate until serving time.
