Seafood  Quiche




 6         Eggs
 1½   cup  Half and Half Cream
 ½-l  cup  Shredded Swiss Cheese
 2    cup  Shrimp, Meats, -or- Vegetables
 
 

Beat eggs with half and half; add cheese and meat.

Season as you like and add any optional flavor.

Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell.  Bake 30 to 35 minutes at  375°.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
