Sherbet  Ice  Cream Cake

 

  1  pint  Orange Sherbet
  1  pint  Lime Sherbet
  1  pint  Lemon Sherbet
  1  pint  'any other' Sherbet
  1  pint  Vanilla Ice Cream
 

Use several colors of sherbet and scoop alternately into small balls using a fruit baller tool.

Place balls in tube pan to fill about half way; pour melted ice cream over sherbet.

Again scoop balls of sherbet & cover top with ice cream.  Smooth top and place in freezer.

To remove, use spatula to loosen in center and sides.

Turn out onto a cake platter and garnish.
 
 

TIPS FROM THE KITCHEN :
       While scooping sherbet, dip tool occasionally in warm water.
