Shnitzel



 4  Beef Cutlets  [tenderized]
        -or-
    Veal Cutlets
        -or-
    Pork Cutlets

 1  Egg
    Flour
    Breadcrumbs
 
 

Heat oil in skillet.  Roll cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten egg, then roll in  breadcrumbs.

Fry on each side till brown.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
