Pork chops

tbl Oil
1/3
cup Celery (chopped)

tbl Brown sugar

tbl Lemon juice

tsp Dry mustard

tsp Salt

tsp Pepper

can Tomato sauce (8 oz each)
In a large skillet with a tight fitting lid, brown chops in oil over medium heat.
Drain off excess fat.
Sprinkle celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, and seasonings evenly over chops.
Pour sauce over all.
Cover; simmer over low heat
1 hr. or until chops are tender.
