Skillet  Barbecued  Pork  Chops




 4-6      Pork chops
 1   tbl  Oil
 1/3  cup  Celery (chopped)
 2   tbl  Brown sugar
 2   tbl  Lemon juice
 ½   tsp  Dry mustard
 ½   tsp  Salt
 1/8  tsp  Pepper
 2   can  Tomato sauce (8 oz each)
 
 
 

In a large skillet with a tight fitting lid, brown chops in oil over medium heat.

Drain off excess fat.

Sprinkle celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, and seasonings evenly over chops.

Pour sauce over all.

Cover; simmer over low heat 1 hr. or until chops are tender.
