Snowballs




 1  cup  Chopped Dates
 ¼  lb   Margarine
 1       Egg [slightly beaten]
 ½  cup  Sugar
 1  tsp  Vanilla
 2  cup  Rice Krispies
 1  cup  Chopped Nuts
 1  pkg  Shredded Coconut
 
 

Combine dates, margarine, eggs, and sugar; mix and cook in double boiler, beating constantly, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Stir in Rice Krispies well and form into balls and roll in coconut.

Snowballs freeze well and are good to eat frozen.
