Spinach  Salad





 4  cup  Fresh Spinach Leaves
 4  sml  Tomatoes  [sliced ¼" thick]
 2  sml  Red Onions  [sliced thin]
 ¼  tsp  Salt
 ¼  cup  Olive Oil
 1½ tbl  Vinegar
 ½  tsp  Pepper
 1  tbl  Prepared Horseradish
 
 
 

Wash spinach leaves; dry; and remove stems.

Arrange spinach on platter.

Layer tomatoes, onion rings.

Sprinkle evenly with salt.

In small bowl beat oil,vinegar, horseradish & pepper until blended.

Pour over vegetables and serve.
