Squash  Cheese  Casserole

 4  lrg  Squash
 1       Onion  [chopped]
 3       Eggs
 1  tsp  Margarine
 2  cup  Cracker Crumbs
 3       Velveeta  [3/4 inch thick slices - cubed]
         Pepper
         Garlic Salt
         Season All
 

Boil  4-5 large squash.

Cut up small pieces of onions.

Drain squash then mix with onions using a potato masher.

Add 3 eggs,

Add 1 tsp margarine,

Add 2 cups cracker crumbs,

Add 3 Velveeta slices cut into cubes,

Season with pepper, garlic salt, and season all.

Put mixture into casserole pan.

Bake at 350°until top is brown.
