Preheat oven to 375°.

Sift together:
     2¼ cup  Flour
     1  tsp  Baking soda
     1  tsp  Salt

Set aside:

Combine:
     1  cup  Butter  [softened]
     ¾  cup  Sugar
     ¾  cup  Brown Sugar [firmly packed]
     1  tsp  Vanilla
     ½  tsp  Water

Beat until creamy:

Beat in:
     2       Eggs

Add flour mixture and mix well:

Stir in:
     1  pkg  Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels [12 oz]
 

Drop by well rounded half teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes.                       Makes 100 - 2" cookies.
