Everyday  Waffles


  1¾  cup  All Purpose Flour  [sifted]
 3   tsp  Baking Powder
 ½   tsp  Salt
 2        Egg yolks  [beaten]
 1¾  cup  Milk
 ½   cup  Salad oil
 2        Egg Whites  [stiffly beaten]
 
 

Sift together dry ingredients.

Combine yolks, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients.

Fold in egg whites, leaving a few fluffs.

Bake in hot waffle iron.
