Yeast  Bread  or  Rolls



 1  cup  Milk
 1       Egg
 1  pkg  Dry Yeast
 1  tsp  Salt
 ¼  cup  Cooking oil
 2  tbl  Sugar
 3  cup  White flour  [plain]
 
 

Heat milk to scalding; cool to lukewarm.

Put warm milk and yeast in blender container; let stand 5 mins.

Meanwhile, measure flour into bowl.  Cover container and run on high speed for 20 seconds.

Add cooking oil, egg, salt, and sugar; cover and run on high speed for 5 seconds.

Pour into bowl of flour, stiruntil thoroughly mixed.

Cover let rise 1½ hours or until double in bulk.

Fold and punch down.  Turn out on a lightly floured board.  Let rise 45 min. oruntil doubled in size.

Bake in preheated oven at 375°.
 
 

Dinner  Rolls



Divide dough into 24 equal parts; form each into a ball.

Grease muffin tins, putone ball into each tin.

Let rise until doubled in bulk, then bake 25 minutes in preheated oven at 375°.
