 Home School Programs

Historic Latta Plantation offers a variety of programs for Homeschoolers, including Living History Days, camps, school programs,
and volunteer opportunities!
 

 

May 21, 2008 (10am-4pm) Spring Homeschool Day

Celebrate a Carolina Spring!

This living history day is set aside for homeschoolers of all ages!  Demonstrations will include dyeing, spinning, weaving, open-hearth cooking, sheep shearing, rail splitting, shingle making, gunsmithing, firestarting, and much more! Make paper butterflies and cornhusk dolls to keep!  Admission is $5 per person, ages 4 and under are free.

Home school groups are welcome to schedule regular school programs with groups of at least fifteen children.  Click here for more information.
