Rental requests are filled on a first come first served basis.?? The rental fee is $150.00 per hour for luncheons, meetings, and similar. Includes the use of a designated area of the property and/or Visitor Center education hall (maximum indoor seating capacity is 50, outdoors is 150).?? The historic house is a museum and is not usable for rentals of any kind.

Hard liquor is not allowed in any Mecklenburg County park; licensed caterers may serve beer and wine and must contact Mecklenburg County at (704) 336-5848 to obtain a permit to serve alcohol within the park.? Catering tents, chairs, tables, etc. are not provided by Historic Latta Plantation. ?A 50% deposit is required at least 1 month (30 days) in advance of the date.????? Receipt of deposit confirms your date. ??A refundable damage deposit of $300.00 is required at the time of your deposit.? The c. 1800 house will be open to rental guests during regular hours.  If rental is after regular operating hours tours will have to be arranged on a case by case basis. If you have any other questions, please don?t hesitate to call.
