Tai Chi at the Plantation

Come participate in a Tai Chi flow class on the grounds of Historic Latta Plantation led by Sifu Dale Guadagna, Head Instructor at Lake Norman Tai Chi Center. Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese Martial Art, is a unique form of "moving meditation" that calms your mind, relaxes your body, and strengthens your spirit. Much of Tai Chi is practiced slowly and gently, ideal for people of all ages and health conditions. This is a guided class incorporating dynamic warm-ups, Qigong exercises, Tai Chi movements, and Meditation.


Sifu Dale Guadagna has over 20 years of Tai Chi experience and almost 10 years of Tai Chi teaching experience. His philosophy is simple: Each and every student is capable of a high level of mastery of the arts, no matter what their skill level. The cost of the class is $10 per person. No minimum age, but children should be able to actively participate. Summer classes are June 15, July 20, August 17 and September 21.
