Tai Chi at the Plantation

Come and participate in a one hour Tai Chi flow class on the grounds of the Historic Latta Plantation led by Sifu Dale Guadagna, Head Instructor at Lake Norman Tai Chi Center.

Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese Martial Art, is a unique form of "moving meditation" that calms your mind, relaxes your body, and strengthens your spirit. Much of Tai Chi is practiced slowly and gently, ideal for people of all ages and health conditions. The Tai Chi flow class is a guided class incorporating dynamic warm-ups, Qigong exercises, Tai Chi movements, and Meditation.

Sifu Dale Guadagna has over 20 years of Tai Chi experience and almost 10 years of Tai Chi teaching experience. His philosophy is simple: Each and every student is capable of a high level of mastery of the arts, no matter what their skill level. He teaches class in Cornelius, NC. Historic Latta Plantation is a circa 1800 cotton plantation and living history farm located within the 1,343 acre Latta Nature Preserve in Huntersville, NC.

The cost of the class is $10 per person.
